AIN’T UNWIELDY, AIN’T PLODDING, AIN’T GRIM

THE DA VINCI CODE

Well, taste nila yon.

He nailed it down. Ok din si Paul Betanny as the albino monk Silas.

Last May 16 when I heard na

Seek the truth. The grail is in your heart.

FISHY TEEN CHICK FLICK

AQUAMARINE

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

I decided to watch this flick because of Jojo. I love her. I was expecting to hear her song being played in the movie. What? No Jojo song in the soundtrack?
Weird! Instead Emma Roberts & Sara Paxton have one song each in the OST.

Set aside the OST. Let's talk about this chick flick. It's cute honestly. Just cute. Pa-tweetums. Aquamarine the mermaid is just so kikay!

This is a very low budgeted flick. They couldn't even afford to make Jojo beautiful. Some of her breakouts are even palpable. They should have done something like what they did to her in most of her music videos. Aquamarine (Sara Paxton)is not really that charming. Emma Roberts for me is the most beautiful even without the make-up.

Well, if you want to experience teen kilig then I am recommending this to you.

THE WILD

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
This animated film is roaring with funny scenes!!! So wild!!!

Did you know that both The Wild & Madagascar started production at the same time? The Wild was supposed to be released Summer 2005 but was delayed. It's only because this movie is delayed and now came out after Madagascar that people seem to think it's a rip off. Though both movies are in a totally different visual style.
Madagascar is more of a pop culture comedy where as The Wild is more of a classic Disney tale.

The characters here are lovable and amazing. Imagine I'm afraid of snakes but I love Larry the Anaconda . He is so coolit!!!

Of course Nigel the Koala really is the most huggable! I love the cute bickering of Bridget the Girafee and Benny the Squirrel. So hilarious. There are more animals to be seen. I like the bitchy pigeons. Ha Ha Ha!!!

By the way the drama of Samson the Lion and his son Ryan is way too heartwarming.
I love it. You know it's from Disney.

Basta if you've seen Madagascar and you're planning to watch The Wild. The dough you're goin' to spend for this film is worth it. You'll love every scene.

Oh I almost forgot. The main theme song was performed by Lifehouse. It's a sad love alternative song. Good Enough is the

title. I'm planning to buy the OST too.

Highly recommended!!! The kids will love this!!! I'm sure you too.

WHEN A STRANGER CALLS

Now I know why the US critics shunned this suspense movie.Kasi di naman talaga siya "super oh my God I want to scream to death". VERY SOFT SUBTLE SUSPENSE FLICK lang kasi.

Honestly if you've seen the trailer 'yon na yon lahat. She is so beautiful and really portrayed the role so good. I remembered her when she was still young in The Lost World:Jurassic Park at Practical Magic. I love her eyes.

If you will watch this and you're expecting gory screaming scenes. Stay away. Magsisi ka lang.

Pero if you'll pay attention to the beautiful shots of the director, the spooky music/sound effects and wise editing. You'll appreciate this little film.

Believe me. Walang sigawan sa audience. I always watch in crowded Megamall pero we were just so silent holding our breath.
